COVID-19 Protocol

We're so excited to celebrate the beginning of our lives together with all of you! With everything happening around us, we want to be sure that we're keeping all of our loved ones as safe as possible. As it stands, we are asking for proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test within 48 hours of the first ceremony that you will be attending. However, we do understand that this situation is ever evolving so we'll be sure to keep everyone in the loop if any plans change.

If you do plan on attending, please fill out this form with your vaccination information. As outlined on the form, if you have not been vaccinated, please be sure to send us proof of a negative test by March 23rd, 2022!
